Le Clos des Marronniers

Rejuvenate in the countryside in our comfortable gîte for up to 8 people, set in 8,000 m² of grounds. Come and relax in our wellness area.

The gîte is located in Ecques, between Saint-Omer and Aire-sur-la-Lys, 3 km from the A26 motorway exit, where you can discover all the treasures of our region.

The 125 m² gîte has 3 large bedrooms opening onto a terrace, a fully-equipped kitchen and a large living room with a large balcony.

The house comprises :

On the ground floor, a large living room with semi-open-plan kitchen, a large bay window giving access to the 25 m² semi-covered suspended terrace and its view over the surrounding countryside. Garden furniture available.)

Also on the ground floor, a large bedroom with bathroom and 160 cm bed, also with access to the terrace.

A WC with PRM access.

There is also a lounge and flat-screen TV on the mezzanine.

On the lower floor, two bedrooms: one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two single beds (which can be joined together) and a bunk bed, with access to the terrace and grounds, then a large shower room, a WC and a large storeroom.

Access for travellers

You will have access to the garden, where you can relax and your children can play (pétanque, balls, table tennis, etc.).

30 metres from your accommodation is the wellness area (a 2-hour session, included for all, to be scheduled).

If you wish, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €55 per 2-hour session. (Open from 9.30am to 10pm)

You will have access to a quality 6-seater spa and a four-seater sauna. A relaxation area with espresso and tea is available, and a minibar can be set up on request. There is also a terrace with garden furniture waiting for you.

In the village, hiking and mountain bike trails.

A supermarket with a bread depot and a market on Tuesday evenings (16:30/19:00).

Close to Saint-Omer and Aire sur la Lys (shopping centres and historic town centres).
